Arguably one of the best Guard Cancels in the game, the reason for that being the ability to perform full combos after it! It's a very powerful tool that can lead to high damage combos, at least if you have some Super Meter to spend. Doesn't have much use aside from the additional range it provides. Not a bad grab but it launches the opponent all the way to the opposite corner, meaning you'll have to chase after them, which can be tough as Chaka.Ĭan be punished by some characters if done in the corner due to long recovery animation, so watch out. One of the best air-to-air attacks in the game, and it can be still used as a jump-in attack.ĭoes high damage and covers a very long distance in front of Chaka. At close range, it can also link into 5A. Though it's quite fast, it has a very deceiving hitbox that is much smaller compared to how the animation looks. Minimally lowers Chaka's hitbox, allowing him to duck under some attacks, most importantly Avdol's projectiles. Covers decent range but cannot link into other normals. That said, he's very fun to use and his attacks are quite badass. His custom combo, while very stylish, sadly doesn't have the best damage output, and his meter gain is not big enough to compensate for that. He's fairly simple to use and easy to learn, but his playstyle relies heavily on good neutral and his combos require fast input. Overall, Chaka is a very well rounded character and one of the more honest fighters in the game.
